以色列：希望几周内与中国达成疫苗接种互认Per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China has launched a Chinese version of its international travel health certificate to facilitate cross-border travel. Furthermore, China is willing to explore with other countries the establishment of mutual recognition mechanism of health code information, and provide visa and other cross-border travel convenience for each other's national personnel.

As the vaccine mutual recognition has become the core content of the international health code. Thus, as per Israel's new ambassador to China, IRIT BEN-ABBA VITALE, Israel hopes to be the first country to reach mutual recognition on vaccination with China in the upcoming a few weeks.

What Convenience can International Travel Health Certificate Bring?

国际旅行健康证能带来什么便利？Per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the International Travel Health Certificate will bring greater convenience to cross-border travelers under the normalization of the pandemic situation. Before traveling abroad, travelers will complete the COVID-19 nucleic acid testing, vaccinations and other anti-epidemic measures in China in advance. On arrival, only certificate is required to provide to the local government for verification, thereby enjoying the corresponding travel facilitation.

据外交部介绍，在疫情常态化的情况下，国际旅行健康证将为跨境旅行者带来更大的便利。出国旅行前，旅行者将提前在国内完成COVID-19核酸检测、疫苗接种等防疫措施。抵达后，只需提供证件给当地政府核实，即可享受相应的出行便利。

The certificate will be available in two formats, digital and in paper, with the certificate-holder's NAT and IgG antibody test results and vaccination status on record, according to the statement published at the department's official WeChat account.

根据该部门官方微信上发布的声明，该证书将以电子和纸质两种格式提供，并记录证书持有人的NAT和IgG抗体测试结果以及疫苗接种状况。

Is Quarantine Still Necessary?

隔离还有必要吗？Per the news staff, whether the inbound/outbound travelers with international travel health certificate need to conduct the quarantine or not shall be in accordance with the relevant anti-epidemic prevention regulations of the destination country. For any passenger entering China, a 14-day centralized quarantine is still required.

据新闻工作人员介绍，持有国际旅行健康证明的出入境旅客是否需要进行隔离，应按照目的地国家的相关防疫规定执行。凡是入境中国的旅客，仍需进行14天的集中检疫。

据绍兴市卫生院工作人员介绍，当地的预约系统并没有为外国人开通预约功能，所以仅适用于中国居民。其中明确指出，目前用于中国出境旅游者提供健康信息的证书，包括COVID-19检测结果、血清IgG抗体检测结果和疫苗接种情况，暂只向持有中国大陆居民身份证的人员提供。
